I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. I arrived after confirming a room, only to find out it was already occupied. The staff's reaction was unprofessional and rude, which was really upsetting. On the bright side, I found an amazing alternative hotel later, but that initial experience really marred my weekend trip.

I had an amazing stay at Horseshoe Bay Lodge! The owners and staff were incredibly accommodating, and the view of the lake from our room was breathtaking.
